Product list

Name Description

D1-LE

Our best selling, general purpose, low EEO agarose for nucleic acids fragments with sizes ≥1,000bp. D1-LE is one of our most versatile agaroses and can be used for the rapid separation of DNA and RNA fragments as well as PCR products, the preparation of plasmids, and for screening, cloning and blotting techniques. This product and many others are available with an optional Genetic Quality Tested (GQT) certificate recommended for DNA preparative gels.

D2-LE

A high gelling temperature agarose recommended for agarose beads preparation, it can also be used for protein electrophoresis and crossed immunoelectrophoresis.

D5-LE

A high gel strength agarose specially recommended for separation of mega base DNA (up to 40 Kb) by Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) and by conventional electrophoresis.

BioMax

A cost effective agarose ideal for routine rapid separation of DNA and RNA fragments as well as PCR products, the preparation of plasmids, and for screening, cloning and blotting techniques.

LM (Low Melting Point)

Recommended agarose for ≥1,000bp fragment separation in analytical electrophoresis. The low melting temperature of this agarose allows the gel to be melted without damaging the DNA so the fragments can be recovered.

MS-8

A high resolution agarose recommended for analytical gels separating DNA fragments ≤1,200bp and especially for PCR products.

MS-12

A very high resolution 3:1 agarose blend recommended for DNA analytical gels at 2% concentrations, it can separate fragments in the 30-1,500 bp range.
