Global BioIngredients, together with our ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing partner Agarose Bead Technologies, leverage decades of experience with agarose and are proud to offer a wide range of activated and non-activated agarose resins (agarose beads) for protein and nucleic acid chromatography. From lab scale to commercial bioprocessing we can provide beads that match your application. The products listed below are only a general outline of the products available; contact us to speak with one of our knowledgeable product support specialists.
Size Exclusion Chromatography
We offer Plain Beads, Crosslinked Beads, Rapid Run™ Beads, Sepadetraxn™, and Exorose™ optimized for the purifcation of exosomes.
Our affinity line encompasses a variety of activated resins including Protein A, L, G, and A/G, His-Tag and GST-Tag resins, as well as Biotin/Avidin binding products. We also offer magnetic Nickle NTA resins for fast and convenient magnetic separations.
Ion Exchage Chromatography
We offer a variety of resins in our Ion Exchange Chromatography (IEX) line of products to separate biomolecules on the basis of their net surface charge.
Our pre-activated resins are designed to couple a users’ ligands via a stable & uncharged covalent linkage that minimizes leakage of the affinity ligand and reduce non-specific binding. Two different chemistries of pre-activated beads are available: Glyoxal and Aminoethyl beads depending on the ligand to be immobilized, the accessibility of the reactive groups and the direction/orientation required for the binding to the support.
