Qsol® High Solubility Agar is a quick dissolving agar that completely dissolves at the relatively low temperatures. It is perfect for applications where energy savings is a concern and to avoid the loss of organoleptic properties in products where other ingredients are heat sensitive.

High Solubility Agar

QSol® Soft has properties similar to our Qsol High Solubility Agar but is spreadable in gel form. This product is a perfect texturizer for spreadable food products.
